Rumex Acetosa
Rumex Acetosa also know as Common Sorrel is common in temperate zones and is an herbaceous plant. It grows in grasslands, coasts and dunes.
It's Native to Europe and past of Asia and is a perennial plant that is high in Vitamin C.

The leaves are edible or they can be boiled like spinach. Boil them for 2-3 minutes. Rumex Acetosa can be found all year round. It can grow up to 3 feet tall and has small pinking flowers. The flowers when budding look like a bunch of small grapes.
