Uses:
Leaves are juice and delicious in salads or on sandwiches.
When and where to find it:
Harvest in the springtime, best picked young before flowers appear in May. You may find a second crop growing in September. Usually found in rock crevices, banks and walls.
Other Observations:
Erect plant. Distinct round fleshy leaves with a dimple or ‘navel’ in the middle, growing above the stalk.
