Uses:
Great stir-fried with oil/butter and garlic and eaten with potatoes and other vegetables.
When and where to find it:
Grows between May and October, you usually see 2-3 crops a year. It grows in disturbed, cultivated ground, roadsides and gardens as a weed.
Other Observations:
Pick young plants up to 15cm, or when the flowers appear to avoid any confusion with Black nightshade (they are very similar in plant, but the flowers are different)
