Uses:

Use the leaves in salads or stir fries. You can also add them as an ingredient in soups etc.

When and where to find it: 

This grows all year round in sheltered spots. It’s best in Spring and early Autumn. Grows in cultivated grounds, best to use scissors or a knife to harvest, don’t uproot it.

Other Observations: 

It’s a low growing plant with a line of hairs on a weak stem. The leaves are oval and long stalked. It has clusters of small white flowers.
